Before you start
Do my clients need an account or an app?
No. They open your link in any browser on a phone, laptop or TV. Protected pages ask only for the password or a one-time code sent to their email.
Do you compress the files I upload?
Never. We build separate streaming copies for smooth playback up to 4K and keep your upload byte for byte. Clients download the exact file you uploaded.
Are there bandwidth or per-view fees?
No. Plans are priced by storage. Views and downloads are unlimited.
What can I upload?
MP4, MOV, ProRes, MXF, MKV and other common formats, up to 4K. Single files up to 50 GB on every plan, and up to 150 GB on Production.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial runs 7 days with 5 GB and needs no credit card. Choose a plan within 3 days of it ending and everything stays exactly where it is.
